What types of Artemia products do you offer?
We offer a range of Artemia products, including Artemia cysts with different hatching rates, Artemia cysts with different nauplii yields, Artemia cysts suitable for different hatching methods (decapsulated hatching and conventional hatching), Artemia cysts suitable for different hatching temperatures (high temperature and low temperature), decapsulated Artemia cysts, as well as other related specifications. This allows our customers to choose the most suitable products based on the species they are cultivating, their water quality conditions, the climate at the hatchery location, the hatchery’s technical level, and their previous feeding protocols.

Our team will first seek to understand the species you are cultivating, your water quality conditions, the climate at your hatchery location, the technical level of your hatchery, and your previous feeding protocols. On this basis, we will recommend the most suitable Artemia product specifications and usage guidelines, and we usually suggest starting with small-scale trials before proceeding to large-volume purchases.
Do you provide samples? What is the sample procedure?
Yes, for serious business inquiries we can provide samples for testing. After you share your company details and receiving address, we arrange shipment with basic usage instructions. When your trial is finished, we can review the results together and optimize the product choice.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and how is pricing determined?
The MOQ depends on the specific product and packaging format, typically calculated by carton or pallet. Pricing is based on product grade, volume, delivery terms, and payment conditions; long-term or volume-based purchasing plans may qualify for tiered pricing.
What is the usual lead time for orders? Can you support safety stock or long-term supply?
For standard items in stock, we can arrange shipment shortly after order and payment confirmation. For special specifications or customized packaging, production and preparation time is required. For regular customers, we are happy to plan quarterly or annual demand and set safety stock to reduce the risk of supply interruption.
What kind of logistics and documentation support can you provide?
We are experienced in international shipping and customs procedures for aquaculture and feed-related products. According to your needs, we can work under terms such as EXW, FOB or CIF and help prepare documents like invoices, packing lists, and origin/health certificates.
Do you offer OEM or private label services?
Yes. We can provide different packaging forms with your own brand. You can use your existing design or work with us to adjust it; MOQs and additional costs for OEM/private label will be clarified during negotiation.The current packaging types include cartons (containing 12 tin cans, 425 g each), plastic pails (5 kg or 10 kg), and fiber drums (25 kg).
Do you provide technical support, such as hatching and feeding guidance?
Beyond supplying products, we also support our customers with Artemia hatching and application know-how. This includes recommended hatching conditions, troubleshooting common issues,.
What happens if there is a quality or performance issue with a batch?
If you encounter any problem, please contact us immediately with the batch number, usage conditions, and relevant photos or videos. We will work with you to investigate the cause; if it is confirmed to be a product-quality issue, we will follow the agreed terms for replacement or compensation and improve future supply.
