At Ze Zhi Heng, every batch of brine shrimp eggs (Artemia cysts) goes through a controlled, traceable process designed to deliver high hatch rates, strong nauplii output and stable year-round supply.
Our raw materials come from premium Artemia lakes in China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia, and are refined in our own plant using patented processing and drying technology.

Step 1 — Raw Material Arrival & Receiving

Raw materials arrive at our facility under organized receiving procedures. Upon arrival, shipments are checked for overall condition and handled in a controlled unloading area to keep the workflow clean and efficient. This step ensures materials enter production with clear identification and proper handling from the very beginning.

Step 2 — Unloading, Sorting & Lot Identification

After unloading, materials are sorted and assigned lot information for traceability. Keeping lots separated helps prevent cross-mixing and supports consistent production planning. Lot identification follows the product through processing, packing, and shipment, making batch tracking clear and reliable.

Step 3 — Incoming Inspection & Sampling

Before materials enter processing, we perform incoming checks and take samples as needed for evaluation. This step focuses on ensuring the material is suitable for the next stages and helps maintain stable quality across batches. Sampling and record-keeping also support consistency and accountability throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Step 4 — Controlled Mixing & Homogenization

Materials are processed using stainless-steel equipment where controlled mixing and homogenization help create a more uniform state. The goal is to reduce variability and improve consistency so the following stages can operate more predictably. Standard operating procedures guide this stage to support repeatable results from batch to batch.

Step 5 — Purification & Separation

Purification and separation are applied to reduce impurities and non-target particles, improving overall cleanliness and uniformity. Dedicated equipment supports stable, repeatable processing, helping shape a more standardized output. This stage is an important part of building consistent product performance and reliable downstream handling.

Step 6 — Laboratory Quality Checks

Quality checks are supported by laboratory evaluation and documented procedures. Samples are examined to confirm the product is meeting internal expectations before moving to packing. By combining process control with lab verification, we aim to deliver stable, dependable quality that customers can trust.

Step 7 — Automated Filling, Sealing & Shipment Preparation

After final verification, product is filled and sealed on an automated line to improve consistency and efficiency. Each unit is labeled for clear lot identification, then packed for storage and dispatch. Finished goods are prepared for shipment in an organized manner to support accurate delivery and dependable lead times.

Step 8 — Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are staged and loaded with care to protect packaging integrity during transport. Lot information remains linked to each shipment to support traceability and smoother receiving for customers. We focus on safe handling and accurate dispatch so product arrives as expected.
